A loyalty card

We recently introduced a loyalty card.

Customers receive loyalty points with every purchase.

These points can be used to one of our range of prints to frame and hang on the wall.

Points have to be within a year of their being earned, otherwise they expire.

When they sign up for a loyalty card, customers can claim points for all purchases made in the preceding month.

We also send out emails with details of special offers which are to loyalty card holders.

For example, loyalty card holders receive a 10 per cent discount on all purchases made on the last weekend of January, and at times of the year, we offer larger discounts.

We're considering forces with a kitchen and bathroom retailer to offer the loyalty scheme to their customers, too.
